Every mattress purchased in-store at Bedworld, together with an approved Protect-A-Bed mattress protector bought at the same time, is covered by our 30 Night Comfort Guarantee. This gives your body a full 30 nights to adjust to your new mattress — the amount of time our experience shows most customers need to know if a mattress is right for them.

 

If you're still not happy after 30 nights, get in touch with your store of purchase and we'll help arrange an exchange, in line with the full guarantee terms.

• Applies to standard mattresses purchased exclusive in-store at Bedworld with paperwork.
• Requires an approved mattress protector purchased at the same time, shown on the same invoice.
• Does not apply to custom orders, special-size mattresses, online any mattress orders or Floor Stock Clearance models.

Adjusting to a New Mattress

It's completely normal for it to take time to adjust to a new mattress — most people notice a difference within the first 30 nights, though it can take up to 60 nights for your body to fully settle in. A few things that can help during this period:

• Use your mattress every night, rather than only occasionally, so your body can properly adjust.
• Make sure your mattress is on a suitable, supportive bed frame or base.
• Give it time — comfort layers settle gradually, and this is a normal part of breaking in a new mattress, not a fault.
