Note: This page is modelled on the standard "price promise" format used across the bedding industry (including Bedshed's 7 Day Price Promise). Please confirm the mechanism below matches how you want the 3-Day Price Guarantee to actually work before publishing — in particular, whether it's a self-price-drop promise (re-advertised at a lower price) and/or a competitor price-match, and any category exclusions specific to Bedworld.
We want every customer who shops with Bedworld to buy with total confidence. That's why we back eligible purchases with our 3-Day Price Guarantee.
If the exact same product you purchased is advertised at a lower price within 3 days of your purchase, we'll gladly refund the difference. It's that simple.
How It Works
Our 3-Day Price Guarantee applies to the total invoice price of your order. If we (or, where applicable, an eligible competitor) advertise the same product at a lower price within 3 days of your purchase date, contact us and we'll refund the difference — no back-and-forth required.
Worked Examples
- Example 1: You purchase a mattress for $1,299. Two days later, the same mattress is advertised at $1,149. You're eligible for a $150 Price Guarantee refund.
- Example 2: You purchase a bed frame and mattress together for a combined invoice total of $2,598. Within 3 days, the mattress drops to $1,099 but the bed frame rises to $1,599 — bringing the new combined total to $2,698. Since the total invoice price hasn't dropped, no Price Guarantee refund applies.
- Example 3: You purchase a bedroom suite for $3,499. On day 4, it's advertised at $2,999. As this falls outside the 3-day window, no Price Guarantee refund applies.
Terms & Conditions
- The 3-Day Price Guarantee applies to the total invoice price of your order, not individual line items in isolation.
- The comparison product must be identical in brand, model, size, and colour, and must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- Each transaction is eligible for only one price adjustment.
- All Price Guarantee claims must be lodged within 3 days of your original purchase date.
- The guarantee does not apply to: floor stock and clearance items, advertising or pricing errors, promo code or coupon offers, finance or Buy Now Pay Later offers, delivery charges, trade or bulk purchase pricing, or prices not available to the general public (e.g. membership or club pricing).
- Price adjustments are honoured through the Bedworld store of purchase only.
- The final decision on any claim is at Bedworld's discretion, and these terms may be updated from time to time without notice.
How to Claim
To claim a price adjustment, contact the Bedworld team within 3 days of your purchase with your invoice number and details of the lower advertised price (including a link or screenshot where possible). If your claim is approved, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
