- Same-day or next-day delivery is available on many in-stock items for customers within the Perth metropolitan area.
- Other in-stock products not held at our Osborne Park warehouse are generally delivered within 5 business days, or are available for in-store pickup.
- Exact delivery timing depends on the product, size, and your specific postcode, delivery information for your address is shown at checkout, or you're welcome to call our showroom to check stock and timing before you order.
Free Metro Delivery
Depending on the product and current promotions, Bedworld frequently offers free delivery within the Perth metro area - helping you save on the cost of getting your new mattress, bed, or furniture home safely. Delivery eligibility and any charges for your order will always be confirmed before checkout.
How Your Order Is Delivered
- Delivery is provided as a 1-man or 2-man service depending on the size and weight of the item(s) ordered.
- We offer flat-area (ground floor) delivery as standard; if you need items carried upstairs, let us know in advance so we can arrange this.
- Large or bulky items (mattresses, bed frames, bedroom furniture) are delivered by our own local delivery team or a trusted local courier.
Old Mattress Pickup
Upgrading your bed? We can pick up your old mattress and/or bed base at the same time as delivering your new one, for Perth metro customers. Charges apply based on the number and type of items collected, and old mattresses are taken to approved government waste facilities. Let our team know when you order if you'd like this service arranged.
Changing Your Delivery Date or Address
- You can reschedule your delivery date if you give us at least 2 business days' written notice (email, phone, or text) so we can update the arrangement with our courier.
- Need to change your delivery address? Let us know within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll arrange the update for you.
- Order confirmations are generally sent to your email within 24 hours of your order being placed.
