Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By browsing and using bedworldonline.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which together govern our relationship with you.

"We", "us", and "our" refer to Bedworld (Osborne Park, Perth). "You" and "your" refer to the customer, visitor, or user of this website.

1. Our Two Business Models

Bedworld sells products under two distinct models, each with different availability, delivery, and return terms:

• Bedworld Products — our own mattresses, bed frames, and bedroom furniture, sold in-store at our Osborne Park showroom and online, with delivery to the Perth metro area.

• Online Exclusive Products (Third-party suppliers' items) — third-party products sold online only, shipped Australia-wide directly from supplier warehouses, and not available for in-store viewing or pickup.

Product listings clearly indicate which category an item falls under. Please check the relevant Return Policy and Refund Policy sections for the product type before purchasing.

2. Amendment of These Terms

We may update, change, or remove parts of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this website or to purchase goods or services from Bedworld.

4. Purchase of Goods

• Product listings, including prices and descriptions, are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer to sell, and are subject to availability, which may change without notice.

• When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the listed price, plus any applicable delivery charges. We accept your offer only once full payment has been confirmed.

• We may, at our discretion, reject or cancel any order — including due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or an error in your order. Where an order is cancelled, any amount paid will be refunded.

• All items sale on the website and instore, inclusive the tax

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods made available on our Shopify checkout from time to time.

• Bedworld does not store your full payment card details — payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

6. Delivery of Goods

Bedworld Products: Delivered within the Perth metro area in approximately 1–7 business days, or available for in-store pickup at our Osborne Park showroom.

Online Exclusive Products (Third-party suppliers' items): Shipped Australia-wide directly from supplier warehouses in approximately 7–14 business days. These items are online order only and are not available for in-store pickup.

• Goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, stock availability from suppliers). We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

• Please inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery and report any faults, damage, or discrepancies promptly — see our Return Policy for reporting windows.

• Delivery does not include installation or assembly unless specifically stated or arranged in advance.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and order cancellations are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and in line with our separate Return Policy and Refund Policy, which differ depending on whether you purchased a Bedworld Product or an Online Exclusive Product (Third-party suppliers' item). Please review those policies before purchasing.

In summary: you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where goods have a major fault or are not of acceptable quality, in line with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, except where expressly stated in our Return Policy for eligible Online-Exclusive products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bedworld is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including reliance on any content, product listings, or third-party links, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where our goods or services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to: replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods; repairing the goods; paying the cost of replacing or repairing the goods; or, for services, supplying the services again or paying the cost of doing so.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website, or interfere with any other party's use of it. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to our website, in our sole discretion, to any person who breaches these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Bedworld and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

11. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including supplier sites for Online-Exclusive products, for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party website.

12. Privacy

13. Severability

These Terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
