How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase with us is easy, simply head over to our website: www.bedworldonline.com.au, browse and select your product of choice. You can then ‘Add to Cart’ and head to ‘Check Out’. Select your choice of payment, fill out your delivery and contact details. Once you’re happy with the information you have provided you can then complete the payment.
Do you offer same day mattress deliveries?
Yes, we do offer same day deliveries for in-stock items only, as such same day deliveries are dependent on whether we have them available to go. If you would like a same day or next day delivery please feel free to contact us via email, call or text.
Are your Mattresses / Bedroom Furniture Australian made?
Bedworld proudly supports Aussie manufacturers that are reputated and boast some of the finest craftmanship when it comes to all things bedroom furniture. Majority of our mattresses are made right here in Western Australia and support local businesses. Our locally made WA mattress brands include Simply the Best and Slumber Care. Where possible we also provide other Australian made bedroom furniture. Without compromising on quality, we also import UK & European beds and mattresses with brands such as Loren Williams.
How long does my ordered mattress take to deliver?
Our Perth warehouse stores a huge range of products available for speedy deliveries which is why you can take advantage of same day or next day deliveries if you reside in the Perth metropolitan area.
For other products that may not be in stock in-store, delivery can take up to 5 working days or alternatively be ready for pick-up.
What is the standard warranty on your products?
Since majority of our mattresses are built right here in Western Australia, they come with warranties up to 15 years. However, it completely depends on the specific selection of your mattresses. As rough guide you can expect the average mattress that we offer to have a 10-year warranty with a selection of 15 year warranty mattresses as well.
All furniture purchased regardless, comes with a comprehensive 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Can I exchange my mattress if the comfort is not right for me?
Of course! At Bedworld Perth, we offer our valued customers a 30-night exchange guarantee. If you’re not happy with your new mattress within 30 days, then let us know. Terms & conditions apply, more detailed information and terms –
Do you make custom size mattresses?
This is our specialty! We don’t just manufacture mattresses for your home but also boats, caravans, campers and much more.
We will even make you a round one if you like! Simply supply us with the dimensions that you require, and our manufacturer and supplier make it fit.
Talk to us with the exact dimensions you require for your mattress.
Can I buy it now and pay later? Or lay by?
You can buy now, pay later with humm! They allow customers to purchase up to $30,000 with up to 24 months to pay – interest free!
We also offer Lay Buy Service in store.

Do you offer free delivery? And installation?
Our highly experienced delivery & installation team will deliver and install your bed with no worries. Delivery and installation charges are typically based on your postcode, location, accessible entry and whether you reside in a downstairs or upstairs home.
As a customer you are most welcome to discuss with our team by contacting us via email, call or text.
Please note that we may offer Free Perth Metropolitan area delivery depending on product selection and what your requirements are.
Do you pick up an old mattress?
Yes, we can only pick up old mattresses and bed bases. Charges will apply based on number and quantity to throw these away in the designated government bins.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, you can change your delivery date within advance if given at least 2 days prior written notice so we can arrange changes with the courier service. If you do choose to change your delivery date, please notify us as soon as possible via email, call or text.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Order confirmation should be received by the purchaser through their email inbox within 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, you can change your shipping address if notified to Bedworld within the first 24 hours. If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible for us to arrange it. You can contact us via email, call or text.
Do you Ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally; all online and instore products are exclusively delivered within Australia.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days. We use safe and secure courier services to deliver your package at your address.
Please note that during busy periods of the year shipping estimate times may change which would be notified.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Online exclusive orders typically take 5 to 12 working days to be shipped and delivered to your address.
Instore orders or purchases are delivered as soon as possible.
