We offer a 5-year warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. In the unlikely event that a Loren Williams boxed mattress does fail to meet our high standards, we will repair or replace any part of a mattress found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, provided the claim meets the Loren Williams warranty conditions.
